You may be surprised to know that my undergraduate degree was not in theology or philosophy but it was in Exercise Science. As I went through college it was my dream to be a fitness professional. Obviously God had other plans…In an attempt to combine my two greatest passions I would like to invite you to join the St. Mary’s Faith and Fitness Program. The program will meet every Tuesday morning from 6:00a.m-7:00 a.m. The goal of the program is threefold: to learn more about our faith, get in shape, and build community. Each session will start with 5-10 minutes of prayer and faith formation, the rest of the session will be filled in with cardio, strength training, and balance/flexibility exercises. We’ll meet by the playground behind the school. All you have to bring is yourself. I hope to see you there! If you have any questions please e-mail me at widderm@stmaryhc.org or call me at 425-2174 ext 337." -Fr. Matthew Theology on Tap for Young Adults -- Church
