The St. Mary Parish office is the center of the administration of the parish. The parish office entrance is located North of the main church entrance.

The parish office is open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If it is impossible for you to come during the day, please contact the parish office and arrangements can be made.

After regular parish office hours, all phone calls will be answered by an answering service. Emergency calls will be forwarded to a parish priest throughout the night.

Services provided by the office include: . General information and referral . Sacramental records and certificates: Baptism, Confirmation, Marriage, etc. . Scheduling of facilities for parish events and meetings . Compiling and preparation of Sunday Bulletin . Registration of new members . Financial Records

Because of the parish staff's innumerable tasks — meetings, educational work, counseling, liturgy and homily preparation, etc. — it is impossible to have a priest or other member of the parish staff available at all times. However, our parish Administrative Assistant is available to welcome you and to assist you in any way possible. The best way to arrange to see a staff member is to call ahead or email them directly. In case of immediate need, every effort will be made to facilitate a meeting as soon as possible.
